By accessing and using www.unlock7.com (‘UNLCK7 AB’ or ‘website’) and the products and services available on this website, the consumer (‘you’) agree to the terms and conditions outlined. These terms and conditions include:
- You must be over the age of 18 to place an order or have approval by a guardian. All orders are placed online.
- We cannot guarantee all products shown on the website are available in stock. In such situations will we contact you immediately to find a solution. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders when prices where obviously wrongfully stated.
- All material on the website is protected by copyright law and may not be used elsewhere without permission.
- Colors can vary depending on which screen you use, therefore we can never guarantee 100% that the color on the screen matches that of the actual product. We always do our best to make sure the colors match as much as possible but welcome returns if the item arrives unsatisfactory.
- Using the website in a legal manner that doesn’t cause damage to and/or impairment of said website and its services. This includes transmitting computer viruses, Trojans, robots or other harmful software that may interfere with website operation.
UNLCK7 AB is here to protect and respect your privacy and will do so by protecting your your personal information. All information that is saved about you as a customer will be processed according to Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
International shipping costs are stated in the checkout and will depend on the choice of delivery method and destination. Delivery time depends destination:
- Sweden: 2-3 days
- Norway/Finland/Denmark: 5-7 days
- Europe: 5-7 days
- US*: 7-14 days
- Asia*: 10-14 days
- Australia*: 10-14 days
*By law, deliveries outside the EU requires that item description and value be indicated on the package. It is therefore your responsibility to account for any tax, customs or additional fees required by your individual country and can otherwise lay dormant in your respective country’s customs service if action is not taken.
If your order contains a product that requires a longer delivery time, then the rest of the order will be included in that delivery. You will get a confirmation of shipment once the order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 14 business days after you have received your confirmation of shipment, it is important you email us.
We are not responsible for postal delays or failures carried out by shipping services or other external factors causing those delays.
Orders that are not retrieved, that are then returned to us are not eligible for return or refund and we bare no responsibility for those deliveries.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Once you have finished your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. The mail is not a contract of sale but simply an overview of your order. The sales contract is valid once we have received the payment for the goods. UNLCK7 AB reserves the right to update information at any time without warning, including pricing errors, details and descriptions, and also refund orders in case of errors. In such cases, UNLCK7 AB will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your previous order. If, for some reason, we are unable to contact you within 7 business days, the order is automatically cancelled and you will receive a refund.
Cancelation is not aloud after the order is completed.
It is your responsibility as the buyer to indicate the correct address.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a private consumer you have the right to cancel and return the purchase within 14 business days under existing consumer protection legislation. Send the item back in the same state, preferably in the original packaging. You have the right to open the package and try the product provided that the product allows for it. For hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns on earrings and makeup where the seal is broken or lingerie and swimwear where the hygiene wrapping is removed. Your rights as a customer to return goods starts from the time you receive the goods, whereafter you contact us via email within the cancellation period to inform us of your decision.
You as the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. If the returned goods are not in the described state, UNLCK7 AB is then entitled to deduct an amount equal to the product’s depreciation compared to the product’s original value of the return amount.
In the case of exchanges, please place a new order according to what you want to exchange to. Send the unwanted items as a normal return and specify on the return slip the new order number.
Once we have received your returned goods, we will issue your refund within 14 days and will notify you via email once the refund is complete. You will receive the same amount for the returned item(s) in addition to the shipping fees within 3-5 business days from time of transfer.
If you have used a discount code or purchased items on sale, the sum is adjusted in accordance to the discount’s terms at checkout and you will receive a confirmation email with the final amount.
If you have received damaged goods upon delivery or if the item becomes broken before the warranty period is over, you must notify us within a reasonable amount of time. Contact us first via email and tell us what is wrong, enter your order number and the item number or product name. We will then reply with details on how to proceed.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
We are not responsible for and disclaim all liability for loss, damage or personal injury which may be suffered by you or any third party (or company), as a result of access and use of UNLCK7 AB. We make no warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials made available. We do not warrant that:
- This website will be continuously available, or
- The information on this website is true, non-misleading or accurate.
- Any information on the website should not be construed as UNLCK7 AB giving advice of any kind.
If UNLCK7 AB fails to comply with its obligations according to these General Terms and Conditions because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure, UNLCK7 AB will not be responsible for the consequences. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
